OMS Lanza Dieta Sana"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La OMS lanza una gu\u00eda con recomendaciones para tener una dieta sana; en ella tambi\u00e9n se advierte sobre riesgos a la salud por alimentos ultraprocesados\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) y la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentaci\u00f3n y la Agricultura (FAO) presentaron una gu\u00eda con recomendaciones para llevar una dieta sana, en la cual definieron las cantidades de prote\u00ednas, grasas y carbohidratos que se deben consumir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dichas organizaciones expusieron que la dieta sana debe cumplir cuatro condiciones: ser adecuada, equilibrada, moderada y diversa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y por diversa se entiende que la dieta sana debe incluir el mayor n\u00famero de tipos de alimentos y grupos alimentarios posible (carnes, pescados, vegetales, frutas, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1nta prote\u00edna y grasa se debe consumir para una dieta sana?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre las recomendaciones de la gu\u00eda se incluye consumir entre un&nbsp;<strong>10-15% de prote\u00ednas<\/strong>&nbsp;y un&nbsp;<strong>15-30% de grasas<\/strong>, con respecto al total de calor\u00edas consumidas en el d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La OMS y la FAO indicaron que en&nbsp;<strong>ni\u00f1os&nbsp;<\/strong>y&nbsp;<strong>adolescentes&nbsp;<\/strong>el consumo de grasas sobre el total de aportes cal\u00f3ricos puede aumentar incluso un poco m\u00e1s, hasta el 35%, pero no m\u00e1s del 10% deben ser grasas saturadas, mientras que hay que reducir al m\u00ednimo o incluso suprimir las grasas trans, especialmente las producidas industrialmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobre los<strong>&nbsp;hidratos de carbono<\/strong>, comentaron que su consumo puede oscilar entre el 45 y el 75%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La gu\u00eda de las dos agencias de la ONU adem\u00e1s aconseja que los&nbsp;<strong>az\u00facares&nbsp;<\/strong>no superen el 10% del consumo cal\u00f3rico total, y reducir el de sal a dos gramos al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Healthy diets should be:<br><br>1\u20e3 adequate,<br>2\u20e3 balanced,<br>3\u20e3 moderate,<br>4\u20e3 diverse.<br><br>Remember, diets can only be healthy if both foods &amp; World Health Organization (WHO) (@WHO) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/WHO\/status\/1850841231657435193?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 28, 2024<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Consecuencias para la salud<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De igual manera, la OMS y la FAO destacaron que tanto un exceso como un defecto de los aportes de prote\u00ednas, grasas y carbohidratos puede tener<strong>\u00a0consecuencias negativas en la salud.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el caso de consumir en exceso prote\u00ednas puede haber problemas metab\u00f3licos, con la grasa es obvio que puede conllevar un aumento de peso, y excesivos carbohidratos pueden conducir a cambios de la glucosa en la sangre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La gu\u00eda aconsej\u00f3 que al menos los ni\u00f1os a partir de seis meses complementen la<strong>\u00a0lactancia materna<\/strong>\u00a0con el consumo de alimentos de origen animal como carne, pescado o huevos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Riesgo por alimentos ultraprocesados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las organizaciones adem\u00e1s advirtieron contra el consumo de<strong>&nbsp;alimentos ultraprocesados<\/strong>, ya que aumentan el riesgo de problemas de salud que van desde el c\u00e1ncer hasta las enfermedades cardiovasculares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed como sobrepeso y diabetes tipo dos;
