una&nbsp;<strong>actividad&nbsp;<\/strong>muy&nbsp;<strong>simple<\/strong>, pero que llena de beneficios el organismo y ayuda a tener un estilo de vida activo y saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si bien, en ocasiones no se realiza con frecuencia por el ritmo con el que vive la poblaci\u00f3n actualmente,&nbsp;<strong>m\u00e9dicos&nbsp;<\/strong>del&nbsp;<strong>IMSS han&nbsp;resaltado<\/strong>&nbsp;los&nbsp;<strong>beneficios&nbsp;<\/strong>de realizar este ejercicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La&nbsp;<strong>caminata<\/strong>&nbsp;favorece adem\u00e1s de la&nbsp;<strong>salud f\u00edsica<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n a la&nbsp;<strong>psicol\u00f3gica<\/strong>, a disminuir el&nbsp;<strong>riesgo de depresi\u00f3n<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>estr\u00e9s&nbsp;<\/strong>e&nbsp;<strong>insomnio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En\u00a0<strong>2019\u00a0<\/strong>en un\u00a0comunicado del\u00a0<strong>Instituto<\/strong>, el jefe del \u00c1rea de Promoci\u00f3n y Educaci\u00f3n en el Ciclo de Vida, Carlos Benito Armenta Hern\u00e1ndez, dijo que est\u00e1\u00a0<strong>demostrado\u00a0<\/strong>que con la caminata se pierde peso corporal, se\u00a0<strong>activa\u00a0<\/strong>y\u00a0<strong>fortalece\u00a0<\/strong>el\u00a0<strong>sistema cardiovascular\u00a0<\/strong>y las\u00a0<strong>articulaciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beneficio para la mente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se mejora la&nbsp;<strong>capacidad pulmonar&nbsp;<\/strong>y la&nbsp;<strong>funci\u00f3n cognitiva<\/strong>;&nbsp;<strong>reduce&nbsp;<\/strong>el&nbsp;<strong>riesgo&nbsp;<\/strong>de complicaciones en los peque\u00f1os&nbsp;<strong>vasos cerebrales<\/strong>, lo que aminora la posibilidad de padecer&nbsp;<strong>demencia&nbsp;<\/strong>en los adultos mayores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s el especialista indic\u00f3 que con la&nbsp;<strong>caminata&nbsp;<\/strong>se&nbsp;<strong>benefician&nbsp;<\/strong>todos los&nbsp;<strong>\u00f3rganos&nbsp;<\/strong>del&nbsp;<strong>cuerpo&nbsp;<\/strong>porque favorece la circulaci\u00f3n, mejora la capacidad de llevar&nbsp;<strong>ox\u00edgeno&nbsp;<\/strong>a los&nbsp;<strong>pulmones<\/strong>, se fortalecen los&nbsp;<strong>m\u00fasculos&nbsp;<\/strong>de la&nbsp;<strong>respiraci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>y se mejora la fuerza de los&nbsp;<strong>impulsos&nbsp;<\/strong>del&nbsp;<strong>coraz\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>para enviar mayor cantidad de&nbsp;<strong>sangre&nbsp;<\/strong>a todo el organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otra parte en&nbsp;<strong>2023<\/strong>&nbsp;un estudio realizado&nbsp;por la Universidad Atl\u00e1ntica de Florida en EUA y el CINVESTAV en M\u00e9xico, da una nueva visi\u00f3n de los beneficios de la actividad f\u00edsica a nivel cerebral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong>CINVESTAV<\/strong>\u00a0el estudio encontr\u00f3\u00a0evidencia de c\u00f3mo la actividad f\u00edsica puede retrasar o prevenir las reducciones estructurales (hipocampo) y funcionales (memoria y aprendizaje) en las y los adultos mayores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carmen Vivar Estudillo, investigadora del Departamento de Fisiolog\u00eda, Biof\u00edsica y Neurociencias del Cinvestav, indic\u00f3 que \u201cel estudio muestra c\u00f3mo el ejercicio a largo plazo mantiene conectadas a las neuronas nacidas durante la edad adulta temprana, en una red neuronal importante para el mantenimiento de la codificaci\u00f3n de la memoria epis\u00f3dica durante el envejecimiento\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ejercicio gradual<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante los beneficios indicados, los especialistas sugieren que se realice una&nbsp;<strong>caminata&nbsp;<\/strong>de entre&nbsp;<strong>20 y 60 minutos al d\u00eda<\/strong>, pero indican que se realice de manera&nbsp;<strong>gradual&nbsp;<\/strong>y con algunos ejercicios de&nbsp;<strong>estiramiento antes&nbsp;<\/strong>y&nbsp;<strong>despu\u00e9s&nbsp;<\/strong>de caminar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El\u00a0<strong>IMSS\u00a0<\/strong>recomienda\u00a0realizar una\u00a0<strong>caminata\u00a0<\/strong>de al menos\u00a0<strong>una hora diaria<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pero sugiere comenzar con\u00a0<strong>20 minutos al d\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0para poco a poco aumentar el ritmo hasta completar los 60.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realizarlo como una\u00a0<strong>rutina\u00a0<\/strong>para que el organismo absorba los esfuerzos musculares y fortalezca las zonas que utiliza al andar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
