Adem\u00e1s, Nayarit se ubic\u00f3 4.5 puntos porcentuales por debajo del promedio del pa\u00eds, que en 2025 fue de 21 por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En t\u00e9rminos de viviendas, el rezago pas\u00f3 de 76 mil 545 a 67 mil 343 en el mismo periodo: 9 mil 202 viviendas menos, una reducci\u00f3n aproximada del 12 por ciento.
